Warranty Information

All products include a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty period begins on the order date.

What's Covered

Your warranty covers any product that should malfunction as a result of product defect or electronic malfunction. Not Covered

It is recommended that you have any required installation completed by an experienced technician. We will not replace products that were damaged as a result of improper installation.

We will not cover issues related to water damage or physical abuse. If you have a question or concern regarding what issues are covered please contact us prior to placing an order.

Payment Policy

We accept many forms of payment including PayPal, credit card and debit card. We can only accept checks for purchase orders (POs). We maintain the right to cancel and refund and payment that is flagged as potentially fraudulent.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped promptly after payment has been processed. Most orders will arrive within 4-6 days. In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you with available options so that you can decide how we should handle the situation. Usually a refund is offered or you can wait for the items to restock. Split shipments are sometimes necessary as we ship from more than 1 warehouse. These shipments are planned to arrive at the same time. International orders can take up to 2 months to arrive depending on many factors such as customs and current mail volume.
